Its history began in 1570, but in 2015 we undertook the metamorphosis of the property, turning it into a place full of joy, magic and Mexican essence.

Lodging

The majestic main house offers 25 exclusive rooms, each with privileged views of the imposing volcanoes or the Hacienda's gardens.

Each room has been meticulously designed to combine antique style with contemporary sophistication, guaranteeing a peaceful stay.

The Landlord's Room

Located on the second floor of the main house, this room occupies the original space once inhabited by the estate’s former owners, preserving its historical essence and distinctive character.

From here, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the main entrance and have private access to iconic spaces such as the terrace, dining room, living room, and office, as well as exclusive access to the chapel choir and bell tower, offering a unique experience that connects directly with the hacienda’s history and legacy.

Herencia Zotoluca Room

The rooms at Hacienda Zotoluca pay homage to the hacienda’s historical legacy, blending original architecture, classic furnishings, and decorative details that evoke the property’s tradition and character. 
 
Located inside the main house, it offers a warm and elegant atmosphere that blends history with comfort. Its thoughtfully designed spaces invite you to enjoy a peaceful and authentic stay, surrounded by the essence and charm that set the hacienda apart.
